These terms govern your use of Koolbox, operated by AI Hub and Co FZE in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
1. Service
Koolbox provides AI-powered customer assistance through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other connected channels. Service capabilities depend on the selected plan and connected platforms.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use Koolbox for spam, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, malicious content or violations of third-party rights and platform policies.
3. Your data and content
You remain responsible for the business information, templates and content supplied to the service. Koolbox uses that information only to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with applicable policies.
4. Third-party platforms
Connected services such as Meta products and payment providers operate under their own terms. Availability can be affected by their policies, outages and approval processes.
5. Subscriptions
Plan features, billing cycles, renewal conditions and cancellation options are displayed before purchase. Enterprise terms may be agreed separately.
